Going to a concert...

with Bruce Guthro on Dec. 1st in Grenå.

He is a canadien (Nova Scotia) singer/songwriter and I've love his music for years. I am going with my mom and my older sister. It is gonna be a great day!!!

February facelift

Okay as I said bofore this year my blog is going to change it's appearence each month, so here is the belated February facelift. The look is a bit less cold than the January one which means spring is on the way - atleast in my mind ;)

Well lots of stuff is gonna happen this month. I'll finally get to spend some time with my best friend and her kids, which I am looking forward to. I'm taking a trip to Aalborg to spend some time with both her and another good friend of mine, which I am looking forward to.

My stepdad's birthday is this month aswell which means I gotta figure out pretty soon what to get the man - not an easy task mind you ;)

I've gotta read a short story collection for my book challenge this month - haven't figured out which one yet but I will let you guys know as soon as I do :) Untill then if you got any ideas be sure to let me know.

And I am going to a concert with my sister this month to :) Which I am really looking forward to. Listen to this and you'll understand why:

You never leave a love so rare!!

My blog post last night was negative and was something I never had in mind to use this blog for and as I wrote last night that was the first and last of the sort, but once again I would like to dedicate this blog to someone :)
I was just listening to a song by a danish band called De eneste to (the only two) and remembered I am going to a concert with them this winter :)

Under the star(s)...

Ok I know I usually don't write much about danish music or musicians, but last night I was at a concert and I was actually really impressed by him. I've know his music since he reliezed his first single in arpil last year, but he has only gotten better.

Rasmus Seebach, as he is called, has an amazing voice and he is a great preformer. It is not the last time I'll go see one of his shows that's for sure.

And my friend and I had a great time:

Tommy Seebach (Rasmus' dad) died a few years ago, but he was one of biggest musicians in Denmark at that time and it looks like his son is ready to take his place. Last night Rasmus sang one of his dad's song. He sounds a lot like him and this song, Under stjernerne på himlen, (Under the stars in the sky) which is written by his dad for his babysister really moved me:

I'm going to a concert tomorrow night with my friend Theresa:

And we are going to see this guy:




I'm sure we'll have a great time and who knows maybe the night will end with one of these:

City of blinding lights

Well I guess I can't put this of for much longer ;D August 16 2010 was the day I saw the most impressive light at a concert ever!!!

I never seen anything like it and I seriously doubt I ever will again. No picture can do it justice but take a look:



The concert was good. I'm not crazy about U2 I have to say, but some of their songs are pretty cool and the numbers I liked I enjoyed, but what made my day was how happy my sister was. Even tough I don't like all of their music and most likely never will be able to call myself U2 fan, this band knows what they are doing. They are a great live band and they rock the world of their fans that's for sure ;D



And me?? Me they impressed with their huge stage, amazing light and they got me singing along at my fave songs :D

So all in all a good day so thanks sis for the ticket ;D



So U2 is very objectivly given 5 out of 6 star from me for their concert in Horsens august 16 2010 ;D

Light up light up

I was to a U2 concert this monday and a fully lit up Horsens. One of the things that really surprise me was how good the warm up band was. Snow Patrol not the last time I see them live :D
This song is called Signal Fire and this was one of my fav ones

My Rasmus Seebach tickets has arrived today!!!!
